2. Purpose and Scope of Data Collection and Data Recipients

Each time, the purpose, scope, and recipients of data processed by the Administrator result from actions taken by the Service Recipient or Customer in the Online Store. For example, if the Customer chooses personal pickup instead of courier shipment when placing an Order, their personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and executing the Sales Agreement but will no longer be shared with the carrier handling shipments on behalf of the Administrator.

Possible purposes of collecting personal data of Service Recipients or Customers by the Administrator: conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of electronic services.

Possible recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers:

In the case of a Customer who uses courier or pallet shipment delivery in the Online Store, the Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to the selected carrier or intermediary handling shipments on behalf of the Administrator.

The Administrator may process the following personal data of Service Recipients or Customers using the Online Store: first and last name; email address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), residence/business/headquarters address (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Service Recipients or Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and Tax Identification Number (NIP) of the Service Recipient or Customer.

Providing the personal data mentioned above may be necessary to conclude and execute the Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of electronic services in the Online Store. Each time, the scope of data required to conclude the agreement is indicated in advance on the Online Store's website and in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.

3. Cookies and Operational Data

Cookies are small text information in the form of text files sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the Online Store website (e.g., on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on the memory card of a smartphone – depending on the device used by the Online Store visitor). Detailed information about cookies, as well as their history, can be found, among others, here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_cookie.

The Administrator may process data contained in cookies during visitors' use of the Online Store website for the following purposes:

  • Identification of Service Recipients as logged into the Online Store and showing that they are logged in.
  • Remembering products added to the cart for placing an Order.
  • Remembering consent to the use of cookies, data from completed order forms, surveys, or login data to the Online Store.
  • Adjusting the content of the Online Store website to the individual preferences of the Service Recipient (e.g., regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of the Online Store pages.
  • Conducting anonymous statistics showing how the Online Store website is used.

By default, most internet browsers available on the market accept cookies by default. Everyone can specify the conditions for using cookies through their own internet browser settings. This means, for example, that it is possible to partially limit (e.g., temporarily) or completely disable the ability to save cookies – however, in the latter case, this may affect some functionalities of the Online Store (for example, it may be impossible to complete the order process through the order form due to not remembering products in the cart during subsequent steps of placing the order).

Browser settings regarding cookies are important from the point of view of consent to the use of cookies by our Online Store – according to regulations, such consent may also be expressed through browser settings. If such consent is not given, the browser settings regarding cookies should be appropriately changed.

Detailed information on how to change cookie settings and delete them independently in the most popular internet browsers is available in the help section of the internet browser.

The Administrator also processes anonymized operational data related to the use of the Online Store (IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Store. These data are aggregate and anonymous, i.e., they do not contain features identifying persons visiting the Online Store website. These data are not disclosed to third parties.

4. Basis for Data Processing

Providing personal data by the Service Recipient or Customer is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated on the Online Store website and in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store necessary to conclude and execute the Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of electronic services results in the inability to conclude such Agreement.

The basis for processing the personal data of the Service Recipient or Customer is the necessity to perform the Agreement to which they are a party or to take actions at their request before its conclusion.

5. Right to Control, Access to Own Data Content, and Correction

The Service Recipient or Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct it.

Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to: request completion, updating, correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue, or were collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
